Celebrate #Easter with Personal Creations

Image
Being a blogger, I get to see many neat products. Last year, I noticed the cutest Easter baskets and I was thinking that we would need to look into getting one for Broxton one year... Now, I have had the chance to work with them in a review to share with you!!! I was able to visit Personal Creations to see all of the absolutely adorable Easter Gift Idea's they have!!! We have had all sorts of Easter baskets and I hate that we buy them and then they never get used again...  That was the case until this year!!!! I wanted to get Broxton a Personalized Easter Basket.  Just not sure if we will put it up to use each year, or if I am going to use it to decorate his room... Either way, I love it and I know he will too! I decided to go with the Easter Tin Bucket.  I thought that this would be great if I wanted to use it for him to hold his toys or arts and crafts items.  Then again, we might just put it up for next year!   I thought about getting the Easter Caddy, as it wou

Retro Flavors with Mike and Ike Around Until April

Image
I was never really a fan of Mike and Ike...  Not because it doesn't taste good, but because I had never had it to know any different. Luckily with blogging, I have had the chance to try them and I see I was missing out!!!! Mike and Ike are going RETRO until April and they brought back a few favorite flavors... Lemon and Watermelon  released 1991 Cherry and Bubble Gum released 1989 I was excited to try them and I was hopeful that Broxton wasn't going to like the same flavors as I did... We now know that he does, as he was quick to share the Lemon and the Cherry... But for some reason he could never seem to reach a Bubble Gum or Watermelon one in the box!!!! So, if you enjoyed these wonderful flavors back then... or if you love Mike and Ike and want to try out these flavors from the past...  Head on out and pick up a couple boxes... They wont last long!!!! FTC Compliant Review Policy: The product(s) featured in this review were provided free of cost to me by the

A Little of This... A Little of That....

My email has been getting quite a bit of action lately...  I saw a couple emails that I thought some of you might be interested in, so I wanted to do my little "email roundup" and share a couple things with you...  The Big Wedding is headed to Theaters Soon: SYNOPSIS: With an all-star cast led by Robert DeNiro, Katherine Heigl, Diane Keaton, Amanda Seyfried, Topher Grace, with Susan Sarandon and Robin Williams, THE BIG WEDDING is an uproarious romantic comedy about a charmingly modern family trying to survive a weekend wedding celebration that has the potential to become a full blown family fiasco.  To the amusement of their adult children and friends, long divorced couple Don and Ellie Griffin (De Niro and Keaton) are once again forced to play the happy couple for the sake of their adopted son's wedding after his ultra conservative biological mother unexpectedly decides to fly halfway across the world to attend. With all of the wedding guests looking on, the G

It was really cool and to be honest, watching this is what makes me want to see the movie in 3-D now! Well, watch the time lapse video to see the whale!!!! Too cool!!!! I was not required to post... Just thought it might be something that you might want a heads up on...  Also, can you bea

Spring Fever? Cool Down with @talentigelato

Image
I don't really need  a reason to enjoy things in life.. You know, it doesn't need to be a birthday or special occasion...   I will celebrate because it is Monday.. Or Wednesday or Friday... Any day is fine with me!!!! That alone gives you a reason to celebrate... and what better reason to celebrate than to enjoy a nice, deliciously smooth Talenti Gelato ?! I have reviewed Talenti before and I tell you... I have yet to find one I do not like... They are all great (out of the ones I have tried so far) and I love the containers that they come in. We have actually started using the containers as storage solutions... Some store foods, some store mini cars, some store other collections... The point being...  - You can love the gelato... and then "upcycle" the container to use again and again... As I said, I don't need a reason to celebrate and enjoy the finer things ... but if you do need one: Easter is March 31st.... Mothers Day is May 12th... Don't just enj

Cirque Du Soleil - Worlds Away

Image
I can not remember if  I have ever actually watched a live Cirque Du Soleil, or if I have watched shows that have attempted to try and be like it.  I know my parents have seen it live and every time the tent goes up near us for the show, I say I want to go... Until that happens, I can now watch in the comforts of my own home. Don't get me wrong, I know it is totally different live versus on disc, but it was pretty amazing to watch this either way.  I had it on and next thing I knew, Marc was watching with me. In Cirque Du Soleil, Worlds Away, we have this girl that enters what looks to be a county fair/circus and is persuaded to enter the tent to watch an Aerial Show... The Aerial Artist falls off and is sucked up in a quick-sand type flooring... the girl that entered to watch heads to try and save him and the rest of the movie shows the girl on a mission seeking to find the acrobat from the start. The fact that we get up close on the excitement of the Cirque Du Soleil is so

In Time for #Easter - Rise of the Guardians

Image
Last year, Broxton saw a preview for the movie, Rise of the Guardians.... That started him wanting to see the movie.  We never made it to the theater to watch it, so when he started seeing the advertisements for it being released on DVD (March 12th, 2013) I knew we would be trying to see it soon.  I will admit, I also wanted to see the Movie, it just had something that drew me to it... We had the chance to review it and I am telling you.. This is a MUST HAVE for any Easter gift you might be thinking... We tried watching it the other night with my family and I just could not get into it... I was totally lost...   I was starting to think that I was going to be disappointed in the movie.  We turned it off with all plans for me to watch it later... Once Broxton and I returned home, I put it on again... This time with the caption on too, as I was having a hard time hearing it.  I am not sure if it was just because it was turned down low at my parents house or what, but I was missing
